Our story began in 1993, when Michael Ross, our CEO, realized that the quality of water provided to the residents of Phoenix, Arizona was subpar. After educating & training himself to become a water expert, he developed the company known today as High Quality Water & Air. Today, he’s expanded the company into Arizona, Oklahoma and Southern California. Michael has built “like minded” teams in these states who are passionate about water and air.
